Rules
Sisters.
for
(1). Sisters shall see that all occupation and recreation of patients, both internal and external, are noted on the bed card, and this card is sent to the Steward or in his absence to the Ward Sister.
(II) On the death of a patient, the time shall be noted on the bed card.
(III) Sisters shall report to the Medical Officer if medicines are not received in time and are not supplied according to instructions.
(IV) Sisters shall keep a Report Book and enter in it guidance of their patients during their stay.
(V) Sisters shall daily report to the Matron as to their work, the condition of their wards, and any incidents that have occurred, and the directions given by the Doctor.
(VI) Sisters shall punctually adhere to their routine duties, making reports to the Matron.
(VII) Night Sisters must report to the Matron before going off duty any incidents that may have occurred during their shift.
(VIII) Nurses both in the wards and in the Nurses' Quarters are under the general supervision of the Matron.
